Questions and Answers
By providing your flight number, we keep track of your flight and will be waiting for you, whether this is sooner or later than the planned arrival.
We understand that flight changes can occur, please contact our staff as soon as possible via [email protected] or call the emergency contact number provided in your confirmation email. The service will be fully charged in case flight changes occured but we were not informed beforehand. The same applies in case of a no-show.
No, you can select a starting date up to 30 days later. In other words, you don’t have to start using it right away.
