Buenas tardes el día de ayer en mi trayecto de kyoto a kanazawa transborde al shinkanzen en tsuruga a las 15:37 al depositar mis dos tickets es decir para tomar el tren tsurugui28 coloque en los torniquetes mi jr pass con el boleto y por las prisas porque salía a las 15:41 no recogí mi jrpass llegué a kanazawa y no pude salir hasta que me apoyaron un oficial pero no encontré mi jr pass que puedo hacer
