Hi! I ordered my passes today 2023/03/29 but I leave on 2023/04/02. I’m scared it won’t arrive in time because saturday and sunday are closed even if it’s supposed to be 1 day priority. Can I change it to receive them to my hotel even if I already place my order.

please ask support team to see my situation as soon as possible. FedEx got delays (had 1-day priority) and now I’m suppose to receive my passes to my home when I will already be in Tokyo. I’m super stressed and I want the easiest solution between refund or reroute the passes to my hotel.

Because last time I wrote multiples emails to the support team to arrange my situation and their response was too late.
