We have been in Osaka three days and haven’t received our passes yet by mail after repeated email attempts. The rail offices can’t assist. We need to check out by 10 today and then we check in at Kyoto this afternoon. We’ll need to buy more tickets if the passes don’t show up this morning. Please help
