Can you please check the status of my order? I've been emailing support but haven't received any updates.
I ordered my JR Pass on Sept 17, received a confirmation, but no updates after that.
My friends who ordered theirs a few days later already received their Exchange Order.
My order # is 2105941. I want to make sure my order isn't lost before the price increase. I will be arriving in Japan on Dec 18.
