No Response to E-mails regarding Refund (COVID19)

Hello.

The United States government ordered US citizens to not travel internationally. We are at a LEVEL 4 travel advisory. Considering the order, I would like a refund or credit for another time later in the year. I have sent about 5 Emails since Friday, but have not received a response. PLEASE RESPOND! I would certainly appreciate it.

We understand that these are uncertain times for everyone but please be assured that we will get back to you and have different options for rebooking or refund.

I would ask you not to send contact us more than once, as it ultimately just slows everything down.
