Hello, I would like to cancel my unused 21 day pass and I have messaged [email protected] about it and
I have gotten no reply. Is there a penalty fee if you are cancelling due to the coronavirus? I never meant to cancel this trip, but I am concern of the current situation in Japan. Can you please let me know, thank you.

We can provide you with an 85% refund for any unused ticket, within 1 year after purchase as per the terms and conditions.
