I need some help with planning for my family trip ( 2 adult + 2 kids) surrounding tokyo over a week (29 Sep-6 October 2018).
From Narita Airport to Tokyo
In Tokyo, we will be covering the following places -
ginza
Tsukiji (Honganji Temple and Fish Market)
shiba park
shibuya
shinjuku
harajuku
Asakusa
disneyland
We may do a day at Hakone National Park for views of Mt Fuji

All your travel is within or close to Tokyo, with this in mind, I would just buy normal rail tickets or use a Suica card for easy travel around Tokyo. Or if you travel a lot using the metro, look at using a day ticket:
