When are the last JR train from Tokyo to Nara from from Nara to Kyoto

On Feb 19 we are travelling from Tokyo to Nara and on Feb 20 we are travelling from Nara to Kyoto.

Can you tell us when will be the last JR train From Tokyo to Nara on Feb 19 and from Nara to Kyoto on Feb 20?
