I would like to know if the JR pass can be use on any JR line and type of transportation, like JR BUS or JR-East (Chuo Line and Fujikyuko Line to go to Kawagushiko - Fuji Mountain) or subway and buses in any city (out trip will have Tokyo, Osaka, Kioto, Nara, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Nikko, Kanazawa, SHirakawago, Takayama, Yokohama, Kamakura, Hakone)

Hi there,
Yes, the JR Pass covers the entire JR Network (www.jrpass.com/map).
Note that travel to Kawaguchiko (https://www.jrpass.com/blog/itinerary-tip-mt-fuji) is not fully covered.
