Using JR Pass in Hokkaido, Tokyo and Osaka

Hi, can I use the JR pass based on following itenerary:

  1. JR Rapid train from Chitose airport to Sapporo station

  2. Any Sassho line & Tozai line in Sapporo

  3. Keikyu-Kuko line from Haneda airport to Takaracho station

  4. Tokyo -Sanyo Shinkansen (Nozomi 35) - Tokyo station -> Shin-Osaka station -> Shin-Osaka station (Shin-Sanda) -> Osaka station -> Osaka loop line (Sakurajima) - Osaka station -> Universal City station

  5. Any Ginza line

  6. JR Keiyo - Tokyo station -> Maihama station

  7. JR Narita Express - Tokyo station -> Narita airport

Hi there,

You can travel to all these cities but I have to add some notes here and there and you may have to use some non-covered local transport.

For travel in Sapporo, the JR Sassho is covered but Tozai line is run by the Sapporo Subway and not included.

Sanyo Shinkansen: Nozomi trains are not included but you can use Hikari Shinkansen services instead.

5.) The Ginza line is a Tokyo Metro line but you can use the JR Pass to Yurakucho station, from where you walk right into Ginza.

Rest is all included.
