Good evening, we will be traveling to Japan on the 19th of July, I am trying to understand the JR pass, from my understanding I can order it and it is sent to my home? How far in advance do I need to order it? Can I order ot and have it sent to my hotel, and how far in advance should I do that? Does the 7 day pass start from the first time I use it? And most importantly, if I travel from Tokyo to Sapporo and back within those 7 days, does it cover both ways on the bullet train.
