Hello,
We will be in Japan on March 30 to April 8. Going to Osaka and Kyoto on April 4-6. Do you think we need to buy 7 day JR pass? Will it be cheaper to have jr pass going around Tokyo?

Hi Rogelyn,
I do recommend a 7 day JR Pass if you would make a return trip Tokyo - Kyoto within this time frame. The cost of a 7 day JR Pass is about the same as a normal return ticket, so any other travel you do with it is what you'd save.
