Hi there,

we are going to Japan to visit Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.
Is it necessary to purchase JR ticket or just buy individual ticket?
We will be in Tokyo for a week, and 4 days in Kyoto and Osaka
Please advise,

Hi there,

What about after Osaka, will you fly back from Osaka or Tokyo? In the last case, a JR Pass would be good, otherwise my advice would be using normal rail tickets.
