Hi there,
I think a 7 day JR Pass would work best here from day 6 to day 12. This way you could make the best possible savings and put the JR Pass to great use.
I see your posted your itinerary but without any questions, was there any part in particular you'd like me to look at?
Kind regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel
Thanks for replying back..we basically want to cover amusement parks.just want to know what will be the best route for us..the other plan we have in mind is
Day 1 Tokyo
Day 2 Disney sea
Day 3 Disneyland
Day 4 side trip to Tobu world square
Day 5 Osaka
Day 6 universal m stay in Osaka
Day 7 travel to Kyoto
Day 8 side trip to nagashima resort
Day 9 visit Kyoto
Day 10 travel to Mount Fuji
Day 11 Fuji q highland resort
Day 12 travel to Tokyo
Day 13 sea paradise
Day 14 kamakura
Day 15 Tokyo
Day 16 travel to India
Pls let us know the best of the 2 itineraries..
Also if we take a 14 day pass ( 2 adult 1 child ) will we be able to cover the side trips to kamakura , nagashima and sea paradise..how helpful is the JR PASS within the cities ( Tokyo , Kyoto , Osaka n Mount Fuji)
Thanks a lot for taking out time for us
Hi there,
The route looks fine to me, there is no backtracking or any other problem.
The JR Pass would cover the major part of your itinerary includes travel to all cities. You may still need a little bit of other transport here and there. For instance, there is no JR line all the way to nagashima. You would still need (bus) transport from the nearest station to the resort.
Hope this helps!
Daniel
