hi i wish to understand from you if the above pass can be use to travel from tokyo to osaka?

Hi,
The above pass only serves the Takayama-Hokuriku area. There is no regional pass where you can go from Tokyo to Osaka. The full JR Pass is the only one - but if you are only going one way, the pass would not be cost effective for you.
