Can you please help with suggestions regarding using the Japan Rail Pass.
Will be skiing at Appi Kogen and leaving on Saturday March 24th to go to Zao Onsen.
Then leaving Zao 28th March to go to Kyoto.
Then leaving Kyoto 2nd April to go to Tokyo to see the Cherry Blossoms.
Was thinking of getting a single ticket from Appi to Zao, then a National 7 Day green pass from Zao to Kyoto then to Tokyo?
You suggestions would be appreciated

Hi Glenda,
A one-way Appi-Kogen to Tokyo is around ¥ 16,130. For that amount, you could also buy a 14 day JR Pass (ordinary). What about travel to Appi Kogen, possibly you could use the JR Pass there too.
That said, using a 1 way ticket and a 7 day Green Pass would also work perfectly.
