i made a reservation of jr pass today.
i will arrive to Tokyo at 19 march but i want to start use it four days later from Kamakura. is it possible?

Hi there,
Yes, but you will have the exchange the JR Pass elsewhere, as the JR Pass can not be activated at Kamakura station. A full list of stations can be found here:

Yes, all these are on the JR network and can be reached using the JR Pass.

is Shinkansen allways is JR?
i mean, if i see in Hyperdia the name Shinkensen kodama it mean that it is JR?

Yes, all Shinkansen lines are covered.
Just keep in mind that Nozomi/Mizuho Shinkansen TRAINS are not included.
