Hi My exchange order arrived with my first name and last name but my passport shows my full name with first name-second name- and two last names, this could be a problem?

Hi there,
The JR Pass only needs your 1st and last name. This won't cause any problems.
(The reason is that in Japan there are no 2nd / middle names).
