Rail Pass from Osaka KIX to Namba area?

Hello Daniel-san and thank you for your help. I have my JR Rail Pass voucher. When I arrive at KIX from San Francisco, presumably I will be in the International Terminal 1. Where do I go to get my voucher exchanged for the Rail Pass? I have conflicting information. It is printed on the pass that I go the the JR office on level 3F. Other information says that I go to the Kansai Airport train station by exiting the airport on the second floor.

Also, I understand that to convert my voucher, I will have to fill out a form. Can I print this form ahead of time so that it is ready to give to the JR agent?

You'll receive the form at the station. It's pretty small and won't take much time.

Kansai Airport is also quite small, just follow the signs with "Railways" and you'll find the JR office. It's impossible to miss :)

The JR Pass can be activated at Kansai Airport, Osaka or Shin-Osaka stations. It's unfortunately not possible to do so at Namba.
