Hi there,
Use the Hikari Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka station to Tokyo station, then transfer to the Yamanote line to Hamamatsucho, and finally take the Tokyo Monorail to Haneda Airport.
The route is fully coverd by the JR Pass.
