I'll be traveling to these places from 4/9 - 11/9
can i use the 7 days pass to access to all these places via Japan Rail?
Also, is the pass usable in the cities as public transport fare card?

Hi there,
Osaka, Kyoto and most of the way to Fuji is covered by the JR Pass. It however depends where you will visit around Fuji. For more details please see: http://www.jrpass.com/blogs/itinerary-tip-mt-fuji
The JR Pass is also valid on local JR lines, other transport such as the metro, requires a separate ticket.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
