Hi, I am planning a trip starting from 19th December, from Osaka. Then plan to travel eastward back to Tokyo. My flight will land in Narita on the 19th December and will be taking the Shinkansen to Osaka as the first stop. I intended to visit Kyoto, Hakone and Tokyo also. So I will like to check when will be the last date I can use my JR Pass if I activated it on 19th December.

Hi there,
The JR Pass is counted is full days and the 1st day is counted as a full day. So the last day would be the 25th.
Does that help?
Daniel
