Hello, My partner and I are travelling between Tokyo - Kyoto - Osaka return, as well as some individual trips during our stay and are wanting to purchase a pass. We aren't able to find any details of the differences/benefits between an ordinary and green pass. The only comments I have seen has made reference to green being more quiet than ordinary, and is luxury in comparison. We would really appreciate your assistance. Thank you in advance.

Hi there,
We have a page with the details here:
http://www.jrpass.com/blogs/what-to-expect-from-a-green-car-pass
Green Pass is equivalent to First Class train train travel in other countries.
I would also be more than happy to answer any questions to may have regarding to Green Class.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
