Two questions:
First: Do I have to put my middle name for the JR Pass?
Second: Does the Pocket Wifi get automatically added onto my JR Pass order? If so, great. If not, how do I go about getting/adding a Pocket Wifi to my order?

Hi there,
1.) There is no need to put your middle name on the JR Pass, the most important thing is that your first and last name match those on your passport.
2.) Wifi is an optional purchase you'll see when ordering your JR Pass. If you do not see it during check-out, clear your cookies and start the order again.
