My friend is traveling with his Family to Japan on 31 March for 7 to 10 days. They will be staying mainly Tokyo with trips to Kyoto, Osaka, and maybe one place.
They want to get the JR Pass, but when we try to order it online; we are not sure how/where we can pick it up, and also it says that it can be used only starting from 3rd of April.
Can someone help on this matter?
P.S: He is from United Arab Emirates.
