Hello,
My friend is traveling with his Family to Japan on 31 March for 7 to 10 days. They will be staying mainly Tokyo with trips to Kyoto, Osaka, and maybe one place.
They want to get the JR Pass, but when we try to order it online; we are not sure how/where we can pick it up, and also it says that it can be used only starting from 3rd of April.
Can someone help on this matter?
P.S: He is from United Arab Emirates.
Thank you
Hi there,
We will deliver to JR Pass to your address, this can be your home in UAE or your accommodation in Japan.
Kind regards,
Daniel
