Does the JRPass include the Nozomi trains? And do we have to buy a pass before coming to Japan, or can we buy them when we arrive in Japan? Thanks very much.

Hi there,
The Nationwide JR Pass does not cover the Nozomi Shinkansen. You can find details on upgrading with an additional fare here.
Since you will need a physical exchange order voucher to activate your pass, please ensure you place your order and have it delivered before your departure.
