Hiii !! We are thrilled to visit Japan during our holiday trip and can't wait to explore whole japan with JR, we will arrive at Narita Airport Terminal 2 on 27th November at 20:10pm, is the JR center/office still open at that time? Or we should wait until the next day to redeem our JR Pass? Thank you in advance :)

Hi there,
Here's an up-to-date list by JR. You should be able to exchange your pass up to 21:45 at the normal ticket window.
