My route by JRpass

Hello, my name is Anna, i am from Russia. I am going to Japan and it will be my 1 time. Now i have a lot of questions about JRpass. I hope u can help me.
My flight will be 12/03 inh Tokio Narita InterAirport terminal 2 (from HonKong).
1) How can i get Tokio station from airport using JRpass?
At tha same day i have to go to Bears Den Mountain Lodge 399-9211, Hakuba-Mura, Kamishiro 22213-6 in Hakuba-Mura. How can i get there by JRpass? as i understand my hotel wil pick me up from Hakuba station. So i need the way from Tokio to Hakuba station.
This is what i have: my variant from the internet
Tokyo by JR Chuo Rapid Service 14 min. (Japan Railways (JR)) to Shinjuku(Jr) station
Shinjuku(Jr) by Ltd Exp Azusa 3h57min. (Japan Railways Limited Express) to Hakuba station
What about timetable of these trains? (i found the info that Ltd Exp Azusa from Shinjuku(Jr) to Hakuba only 5 times a WEEK train.is it true? )
And what about covering by JRpass of these trains?
Also i will be happy if u can advice my another variant.

After i need to go to Kobe 15/03 from Hakuba.
This is what i have: my variant from the internet
Hakuba by Ltd Exp Azusa to Matsumoto
(i found the info that Ltd Exp Azusa from Hakuba to Matsumoto only 5 times a WEEK train.is it true? ) Matsumoto by Ltd Exp Shinano to Nagoya
(i found the info that thi is 2 times a DAY train. is it true?) Nagoya by Shinkansen Nozomi to Shin-Kobe
(i found the info that thi is every 2 hours train. is it true and at what time is the last train?) What about timetable of these trains?
And what about covering by JRpass of these trains?
*Also i will be happy if u can advice my another variant.

My next step : Kobe - Osaka - it will be easy ))))

Also i need to get from Osaka to Yamanakako.
This is what i have: my variant from the internet
using metro from Yodoyabashi to Shin-Osaka
Shin-Osaka by Shinkansen Kodama to Mishima
Mishima by JR Tokaido to Numazu
Numazu by JR Gotemba to Gotemba
and by bus Fuji Express to the last point 中区一丁目 (i do not know what is it in english)
What about timetable of these trains?
And what about covering by JRpass of these trains?

And the last one: Yamanakako to Tokio
By bus Fuji Express to Gotemba
Gotemba by JR Gotemba Matsuda
Shin-Matsuda by Odakyu Odawara Exp to Odawara (Matsuda and Shin-Matsuda are different stations?)
Odawara by Shinkansen Kodama to Tokyo
What about timetable of these trains?
And what about covering by JRpass of these trains?

Hi Anna,

There's a lot of information here, so I'll reply in line.

1) How can i get Tokio station from airport using JRpass?* You can use the Narita Express directly from Narita Airport to Tokyo. It takes about 60 minutes and is covered by the JR Pass.

For travel to Hakuba The route you found is indeed correct. However most people take the Shinkansen train from Tokyo to Iiyama station and use a bus (bus is not covered) to Hakuba. Perhaps you could ask if your accommodation can pick you up from Iiyama, otherwise you can use the trains you mention to Hakuba using the JR Pass. You can use www.hyperdia.com to find time tables for each day.

Then for Hakuba to Kobe. First take the Azusa or local trains from Hakuba station to Matsumoto, from Matsumoto take the ltd. Shinano to Nagoya. At Nagoya you can board the Shinkansen to Kobe. While the Nozomi train is not included. You can take a Hikari Shinkansen instead, on average there's 1 service every 30 minutes.

From Osaka to Yamanako, this route is also correct and included in the JR Pass. Only the bus at the end is not. 中区一丁目 is chuo-ku ichi chome. In English.

Yamanakako to Tokyo. Take the bus back to Gotemba, use local JR lines from there to Mishima station or Atami and from there you can use the Shinkansen to Tokyo. The exact route depends on what time you travel, station staff will be more than happy to help. You can also use hyperdia to help you find the best route.
