I'm travelling to Japan this summer with this planned itinerary:
28/06 - 04/07 Tokyo
04/07-07/07 Kyoto
07/07-11/07 Osaka
11/07-13/07 Tokyo
Would JR Pass be convenient?
If I activate it on 04/07 (on the day I leave from Tokyo to Kyoto), will a 7-days pass still be valid for my trip Osaka to Tokyo on 11/07?

Hi there,
The JR Pass is counted in days, the period 04 to 11/07 is 8 days effectively. As such a 7-day JR Pass would not work right now. Instead, consider going back to Tokyo on the 10th.
