I have purchased the JR pass, however I have not put in my name as per my passport. On my passport my name appears as my first name, middle name and last name but on the JR pass my name appears as First name and Last name, I accidentally forgot to give my middle name when ordering the pass, will this be a problem for me when I come to Japan?

In Japan there is no middle name, as such, we only need your first and last name on the ticket. In order words, it won't be a problem at all.
