I just received my japan rail pass but my last name (Peixoto) was cut short, only Pe apears.
Is this a problem?

It may be a problem. If you purchased the JR Pass via jrpass.com, please contact our support team via [email protected] and we will help you resolve this.
If you purchased the JR Pass elsewhere, then please contact your point of sale.
