Hi
I would like to know if the trip between Kyoto and Tokyo using the LTD. EXP SHIRASAGI is covered by JRpass? Is he as fast as Shinkansen? I saw that it takes just over 2hs to complete the whole stretch at night.

Hi there,

The train is covered but runs between Nagoya and Toyama. I'm not sure where you read it runs between Kyoto and Tokyo? not about the night details. It is also not possible that it takes 2 hours. The Shinkansen take 3 and are way faster.
