I'm spending 3 days in Kobe, and would like to take a day trip to Naruto to see the tidal whirpools, Naruto Park, and the famous Onaruto Bridge. Can the JR Pass take me there and back?

Yes, you can go via Okayama to Tokushima, then a local train to Naruto!
