Dear Sir，
We are arriving Kansai airport by morning 9.00am , 17th dec , 17th to 19th will stay in tokyo, we like to go to mount Fuji on 20th dec and if can will go to Shirakawa(if too rush then shirakawa cancell), then the rest day will visit Kyoto and Osaka(plan to stay kyoto / osaka for last three day （21st , 22nd and 23rd,check out 24th).
24th dec morning we will back to malaysia.
can you advise which transport is better for me.（ we are three peerson family tour)

Hello there,
Visiting Fuji and Shirakawa-go on the same day is pretty much impossible. You should visit them as separate visits for sure, on different days.
