Day 1- sleep in hotel in kansai airport.
Day 2- kansai airport-kyoto.
Day 3-kyoto.
Day 4- kyoto.
Day 5- kyoto-hokone.
Day 6- hakone.
Day 7- hakone-tokyo.
Day 8- tokyo
Day 9- tokyo
Day 11- tokyo-kamakura-tokyo
Day 12- tokyo/hotel near narita airport.
Day 13- fly home.

Hi Rubi,
How we recognize the fast trains? By their name, it depends on the line but you can just ask the JR Pass what train is fastest to your destination and they'll book it for you, as long as it is included in the JR Pass.
How we activitate the rail pass? You go to one of the exchange stations bring your JR Pass voucher and passport and the JR Staff will do the rest. Process will take less than 5 minutes.
