I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email to ask you about the JR Pass order. I have ordered two JR Passes on Sunday at approximately 11:00 pm AST, but I do not have any clue of where to track the order. It said on the email that the order will be dispatched one day after the order. However, I did not receive any email or conformation that the order is on its way. If information can be provided about this matter, I would appreciate it.
