Can I use my JR pass for express trains from Narita airport to Tokyo ?
Is there any train that I can take from Tokyo to Fuji mountain? Is the train covered with JR pass ?
Can I use the JR pass to ride limited express trains from Osaka to Tokyo ? Or with JR pass which is the quickest way for me to travel from Osaka to Kyoto ?

Yes, the Narita Express is covered by the JR Pass.
The best ride to view Fuji from is the Tokaido Shinkansen. When it passes the stations of Atami, Odawara and Mishima. This is also the Shinkansen between Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.
