It is worth to purchase a Jr pass if you only want to travel from Nagoya airport to Takayama. Then fromTakayama to Nagoya. And then from Nagoya city to the airport for 2 adults.

Hello there,
For this itinerary I recommend sticking to normal tickets, as it is not that much travel.
Possibly you could look at using an express bus if you want to save a bit on transport.
