Hi Daniel,
Can we use our JR passes on the NEX to get to Shinjuki and if so, do we have to buy First Class (Green Car) or can we buy Ordinary JR passes?

Hi there,
The JR Pass covers the Narita Express to Shinjuku. Both Green and Ordinary seats are available, so pick the one you like.
