Does it cover (1) Sapporo to Hakodate (2) Hakodate to Asahikawa

1.) Yes, both 1 and 2 are covered. As well as all other JR lines in Hokkaido!

Will the following train available during my travel date on 2nd to 10th June and does it cover by JR Hokkaido pass?
(3) JR Furano lavender express
(4) JR limited express from Sapporo to Asahikawa
(5) The Furano Biei Norokko.
And could you share with me the train timeline/schedule.
I'm planning to buy JR Hokkaido 5 days pass to cover my travelling to Hakodate, Otaru, Asahikawa, Biei, Furano and for the remaining nights in Sapporo. Which local pass should I consider?
