Hi..

I will be 12days totally, but 4days in hokaido. Is it worth the price if i'm using JRPass 7days from. tokyo to Hokaido, and end up in tokyo for the left day.

And any suggestion place to visit along the way back from hokaido to tokyo..

Hi there,

I am actually in the middle of writing a new Blog post for stop overs between Tokyo - Hokkaido :)

A JR Pass is certainly recommended. A one-way trip is ¥ 26,820 or double that for a return Tokyo - Sapporo. Making the JR Pass a very good value option, even if you would not travel anywhere else.

A quick list of recommended stopovers: Hakodate, Hirosaki and Sendai. All are interesting enough to spend at least one day.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
