We are looking at Tokyo to Kawaguchiko on May 31,2019 Ho Hyper Dia is says a train leaves at 6:52 am departure track no.3 JR Sobu line rapid service for kimitsu. Is this from tokyo station? Which area do we look at for a hotel in Tokyo that is super close to this train as it leaves so early in the morning. Thank you!

You could look at any area that's on the JR Yamanote line or JR Chup line.
