I want to purchase a pass but I leave in 2 days!! What do I do?

I want to purchase a jr pass however I leave in 2 days. Once we land in tokyo we are going to need the pass to travel to Kyoto (so I can't have it at the hotel waitingbl because we will need it). What should we do? ??

Worst case is that you can now buy it in Japan, but at a substantially higher price. If you're rushing from the moment your plane lands though, that may be your only choice.
