Hi I forgot the fact that JP is 15 hrs ahead of me (I´m from Mexico) and I will be arriving at Narita on the 4th at 6am, and on the day that I booked me and my wife pass was for the Feb 3rd,
Can I pick it up 1 day latter?
Is my first day lost?

It does not matter, the Exchange Order you receive from us can be exchanged up to 3 months after purchase. You can select your first day of use when you exchange it. In short, you won't lose any days.
