We ordered our JR Rail passes last Thursday, 5/11/23 and the delivery is through FedEx Priority, which noted it will be dispatched within 1 day (we are in the US). We never received a tracking number or know when to expect this. We are traveling in a couple of weeks and after reading other posts, we're not the only ones waiting for our delivery.

How long until we receive our JR Rail passes??

Hi there,
Your order is planned for dispatch this Monday.
Last week was a bit crazy, due to bank holidays and staffing. This meant we prioritized orders with a short lead time to departure first, so everyone will get their pass in time for their trip.
We're back to normal dispatch times this week, and any order placed before or during this weekend will be dispatched on Monday (and arrive as soon as Tuesday). My apologies for the delay.

Daniel,
We received the FedEx tracking number (398290685132) for our order (1898645) and saw that it is in transit. However, I received an email this morning that he delivery is delayed because it requires a Commercial Invoice. FedEx will not continue delivery of our JR Rail Passes until they receive a Commercial Invoice it is from out of the country. Please advise and assist so that we can receive this soon as we are traveling in two weeks. If there is an email address, I can forward the email from FedEx.
