i am planning to buy a 7 day jr pass.
is it possible for me to take the shinkasen from haneda airport to hakodate and to sapporo where i intend to stay for two days and back to sendai then to tokyo

Hi there,
Yes, the JR Pass covers the full route.
First travel from Haneda to Tokyo station, there transfer to the Hokkaido Shinkansen bound for Shin-Hakodate. From Shin-Hakodate you can take a ltd. express train to Sapporo.
