Could confirm the opening hours of Haneda Airport office to exchange the JR Pass?
The following sites says:
JR EAST Travel Service Center - Haneda Airport Terminal 3 (Tokyo Monorail)
6:45 - 20:00, every day of the year
*Temporary Hours of Operation 8:00 - 16:00
I would like to know if it closes at 20:00 or 16:00, please.

You already have all the information/links that we could share with you.
As far as I'm aware JR East is back to normal operating hours. If you want to be sure, I'd check with JR East directly, as they operate the ticket window at Haneda.

I known is too much too ask but is it possible for you to contact them by phone or email and confirm the opening hours?
I´m rying do get in touch with then with no luck.
My flight arrives 18:00 o clock and i´ve already have a hotel reservation in kyoto in the same day.
