We're arriving at Haneda Airport at 7pm on 26/04 and we have to exchange our JRPASS voucher and go straight to Kyoto. Is there enough time for that? I've seen that most ticket offices for JRPASS exchange closes around 7-8pm, and also the last Shinkansen to Kyoto leaves at around 21:30 from Tokyo?
Please, what's the best way of getting from Haneda to Kyoto on that same night? Even if I can't exchange the JRPASS and have to pay separately, thank you.

It would be tricky/almost impossible with the JR Pass. The last Hikari train departs from Tokyo around 8 and arrives at 23:00 in Kyoto. You can take a later Nozomi, but these would not be included in the JR Pass. That would be the best option or you could look at a connecting Domestic flight from Haneda, if you really need to by in Kyoto the same day.
